The construction of Siili St. 8 in Jõekaare reached its final stage

On July 11th there was a formal roof truss wreath ceremony of the Siili St. 8 apartment building, celebrating the construction of the building reaching its final stage. Where according to good old customs the developer Tartu Real Estate OÜ thanked the capable builders of Tartu Ehituse AS and the builders placed an oak wreath onto the end roof truss, which was then ceremoniously brought down by Priit Sauk the member of the management board of Tartu Real Estate OÜ.

The apartment building will be move-in ready in October 2014.

The building is designed by the winner of the architectural competition, Austrian architect Thomas Pucher in cooperation with Estonian architectural bureau 3+1 Architects. Siili St. 8 residential building is situated on the bank of the picturesque Emajõgi River near city centre of Tartu. The building will have a total of 48 apartments, ranging in sizes from 29 m² to 88 m². Every apartment has a balcony.
